Welcome to the Electronic Tender Submission System (eTSS) of Kowloon East Cluster (KEC) Procurement Centre, Hospital Authority

The System adopted by KEC Procurement Centre provides an on-line platform for Suppliers to (i) view KEC’s notices of Invitations to submit Quotations, Tenders and Expression of Interest (EOI), (ii) download Quotations, Tenders and EOI documents and any subsequent addendum which may be issued by KEC; and (iii) submit Responses to Quotations, Tenders and EOI issued by KEC. Tenderers can opt for submission of Responses to KEC via the System or the conventional way by depositing the Responses to the designated tender box in our office before the Closing Date.
